Nice cherries and currants in a delicious ripe harmony. Finishes with a bit of cedar.

A nice wine by Andrew Will. Had a dark purple color with notes of red and black fruit. A good Cab with a nice tannin and acid backbone. Went well with the pizza.

Corked. Juice was nice but nose not so much.

Consistent notes here. Dark purple color. Nice aroma out of the glass. Balanced with nice tannins on the finish make it a good match for a rich steak. This would be a great wine if the finish was stronger. The fruit seemed to disappear after being open for 4-5a hours.

On first opening the nose is rich plum, currant and dusty light spices. The palate is dark sweet currant with a sweet cedar spice box finish. One hour later the nose is showing dark currant, smoke and a little spice. The palate is equally bold with currant, cocoa and spices that go on to finish. One day later the nose has developed currant, clove spices, menthol and bitter chocolate with some subtle hints of lemon in the background. The palate …

Writing this note a few days late, so just general impressions. The nose on this wine was amazing from the opening of the cork through the two days it was open. On day one it was a bit too astringent. The fruit was muted, the tanins were bitter and sharp. Day two it rounded out into a really lovely wine. Nice depth, softer tanins, enough acid to keep it interesting. Going to hold on to my others for a bit.

Deep purple with hints of blackness. The nose detects black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry and spice with a touch of vanilla. It is medium bodied with fine textures of blackberry and black cherry with hints of spice and vanilla on the medium length finish. (Very Good)

Opened 1 hour. No decant. Opaque and dark with carmine edges. The nose is a pretty cherry cola laced red currant and sassafras. Palate has the cherry cola red currant with a hint of Kirsch Royal, framboise and cherries. There is some menthol and pomegranate in the mix as well as hints of cedar, vanilla and that previously mentioned sassafras--nice. I always love spotting those Washington State wines by certain qualities, this one in its eucalyptus and nose. It's elegant …

The vines from which this wine was made were planted in 2005. The wine showed red currant and plum with hints of stemmy, green notes. The tannin was fine; the body was lithe and a bit thin. The wine seemed to add a little weight on day 2 but still remained quite smooth, and the tannins were well integrated. Day 2 tasting notes added fleeting hints of black fruit, such as black cherry, blackberry and some grapey notes. The youth …

Deep purple, almost black core. Wonderfully expressive nose showing black cherry, tobacco leaf and some currant. Full bodied, but wonderfully pure. More tobacco, bing cherry and some espresso on the palate. Long, brooding finish with a wall of tannin. Third leaf from this vineyard I'm told and both Andrew Will and Quilceda Creek are pulling fruit from here, so the site gets the stamp of approval. I've seen this at Costco locally for $30, and between this and the new …
