Dry, light fruit, light body, somewhat dilute, simple. Tasted at the winery.

Pinot Days San Francisco, nose of sweet and sour cherry fruit, same on the palate, medium body, good acid, needs a year to peak, nice rich fruit, very good tasting, not bold enough for me, medium finish

light/medium ruby/brick, clear and bright. some red cherry aromas, stewed red fruits in mouth, steely acidity, grippy tannins, stem bitterness. dry finish with sutble wood touching. boring, austere and unbalanced. though Nelson is not the best place for Pinot Noir in general, and this is just Seifried 2nd label, it's hard to believe such a coarse texture comes from Mountere Hill, which has good terroir proved by Neudorf's vineyards. Ap: 3/5; Ar: 9/15; Palate: 11/20; overall: 1+0/10 TOTAL: 74/100

Pop and pour. At first a bit lacking in fruit. Opened up a bit with some cherry flavours, but not a great example of NZ point noir in the price bracket.
