A blend of Assyrtiko (85%) and Aidani (15%). The guide at the winery said the grapes were sun dried for 18-20 days, whereas the technical file states only 6-8 days. Fermented for 40 days, reaching 11,5% alcohol. Aged for 3 years in 4th and 5th fill barriques. RS: around 300 g/l. Translucent, deep red amber color with golden maroon rims.
