Pop and poured, the fruit in this cab blend has the flavor characteristics of grapes picked at the optimum time and makes this a wine that drinks well. Ithink all of the Washington 07 Cab wines were of better flavor, just my opinion. The nose is nice, red berries, hints of vanilla, and red cedar nothing overpowering well balanced, It's a lighter bodied wine meaning in color, not light on flavor, that has a short finish.
