Domenica Roussanne Marsanne

co fermented wine in old white wine barrels for 10 months , no mlf colour pale straw bright and clear 15/15 Nose subtle , strong minerality , excellent fruit purity, no MLF 27/30 Palate med bodied crisp acidity fine grain tannins slightly sour / savoury flavours , bitterness on the finish 39/44 overall no sure of the % of the mix probably guessing more marsanne than roussanne OK but no for me 8/11
