No. 74, 19|20. Bottled September 2, 2020. Really good stuff -- it's a lot brighter and more cherry-forward than most kriek, with really nicely balanced acidity that makes this really easy to drink. Kind of an archetypal kriek, if I'm to be honest.

No. 74, 19|20. Bottled September 2, 2020. Clean, bright, cherry without any funk at all. Moderately sour, but overall very much balanced. Love the intensity of the cherry flavour here.

No. 74, 19|20. Bottled September 2, 2020. Consistent with my previous note, this is pure, bright cherry. Clean as a whistle with a slight aldehyde note that is incredibly alluring. Balanced acidity and beautiful red cherry intensity. One of my favourites from the brouwerij.

Assemblage N° 53, season 17/18, made with six Lambics of which the oldest was brewed on 16 November 2016, and macerated with sour cherries from Schaarbeek for 10 months, bottled 25 April 2018. Fruit intensity is 382 gr/l, 6.4% ABV. Aromatic and complete nose; the palate is acidic and silky at the same time, intense and wonderfully elegant, a savoury-sweet marriage of wood and cherry, with delicate cherry flavours, good length. Exceptional finesse. At beer café Foeders, Amsterdam, NL.
