Dark fruit, red fruit, cherry, currant, strawberry, rose and more. Delicious with the duck cassoulet. Almost pairs with the butternut squash with raisins, apples and spices. Better than 1.5 years ago.

Cherry, currant, strawberry, rose, minerals, earth. Especially delicious with the foul (fava neans with cumin and with the sautéed mushrooms with onion, garlic, herbs, and truffle oil $70: retail at winery. Shouldn’t need food for that retail.
