Monday Night Blinds - Halloween (Home (Noe st)) : (non-blind - my wine) Medium minus ruby. Correct nose - slightly reductive, sweet red cherry, slight oak influence (baking spices), slight reduction. Dry, medium body, elevated alcohol - 14%, elevated acid. Medium tannins - pretty grippy for pinot. Pretty unexceptional fruit condition, but identifiably pinot.

Full bodied. Coats the mouth with cherry and cranberry. Medium acidity and definitely became less structured after just 24 hours. Very tasty and worthy of some serious food such as lamb or pork. Drink now.
