The nose is quite discrete. Good saltynes on the palate which is dry with some bitterness. Not much fruit left but there is minerality and some quince. Good long lenght. Should probably have been enjoyed 5 years ago though it’s still ok.

Fresh, minerally, citrusy, buttery, and somewhat maritime nose. A good complexity and very aromatic. The flavour has a very slight sweetness on initial attack, then turning dry. Vibrant acidity with some herbalness, flinty minerality and lots of citrus flavours. The finish is quite long and pleasant. Would keep for a few years and probably develop more complexity.

Very fresh nose full of flinty scents, yellow and green apples, lemon. Had a tone reminding of nougat just after opening, then the mineral took over. The palate offers an ocean of freshness. This is just so nice as an aperitif or with the starters. You could down the bottle easily!

On the nose there where Tutti – Frutti and Semillion/Sauvignon Blanc tones... Some alcohol heat and oiliness, quite long finish with the same bad and overhelming bitterness that I found in all four wines from Davenne in tonights white flight, tasted blind. No one out of 7 persons tasting blind had any of her wines placed in Chablis…
