Beautiful golden color. Rich viscosity. Really civilized ready now acid. White wild flower with peach honey nose. Some salty limestone. Very complete for being so young. Mouth coating richness. Some unusual nutty secondary flavors.

bright gold yellow colour white tropical very-ripe fruits nose of pineapple, melon, dried apricots and lychee medium-full bodied, thick, sour, medium acidity, very ripe fruits flavours, lean structure, not complexed, bitter dried apricot finish and long aftertaste. Clearly 1-2 years over the peak, thus lost some of its fresh fruits characteristics, perhaps can still be enjoyed with blue cheese.

Barolo 2004 tasting (at my home) : pleasant herbal & ripe-citrus nose, silky, med-full bodied, slightly mature at first but develops nicely in the glass with time, white peach & citrus-melon flavours, bitter grapefruit skin finish, long citrus aftertaste

I really enjoyed this wine. Originally had it at a wine dinner at Curate in Asheville. Bright straw color with a floral nose and an unexpected bitter finish. Reminds me of a Sav Blanc but not exactly. Love the finish, the crispness, clean taste, easy drinkability and the price!

Medium straw yellow. Soft nose of lemon, yellow apple, river rock, and mineral. Good acidity and lemon and mineral dominated palate, with some white pepper spice also in the mix. Not terribly complex, but good food wine and enjoyable overall. Good with shellfish and seafood in general.
