Phenomenal wine with strong notes of cherry as well as smoke and spice. Wonderful pinot noir.

The nose is plush, yet balanced and seamless with tones of Plums, pomegranate, licorice, spices, herbs, dark red cherries, cranberries, violets, currants, earth notes, and crushed rocks. There is good depth with this showing off the vintage while still retaining excellent freshness. The Full bodied feel is plump, but expressive with medium acidity and silky, medium tannins. Tasted at the Winery. Very seductive nose here. Rich with fruit but also laced with herbal, mocha, and floral notes. More and more complexities open up with time in the glass. Structurally perfect. Soft and silky but plenty of fine grain tannins. A little hot on the back end, but I attribute that to youth, and it should integrate with time. The finish is meaty and smoky while still holding on to its elegant floral nature.

Medium to full-bodied wine that is medium ruby in color. On the nose, dark berry fruit and cloves. On the palate, balanced black cherries, but the finish is a bit short lasting only 20 seconds.
