Château de La Chaize Fleurie Chapelle des Bois

Pale ruby. On both nose and palate displays so much elegance, florals, yet also full of tension and minerality. Fruits were red, as if red cherry, bramble and raspberry. But again that tension, and bright fresh minerals, which persisted on and on at the back... Yes this is the so-called "inferior" Gamay, even bathwater to some, but this one really outdid itself. Kudos to Albane and team for such excellence!
