Absolutely no premox here…must be some bottle variation. Very good, combination of finesse and nuance with depth. Love it

Nice minerality on this chardonnay. Finishes with a touch of creaminess.

I think the bottle was showing early signs of premox, there goes another $450 of wasted money on a white burgundy. However, as it was early stage, there are things that one can say about this wine. Reductive style so don’t expect too much fruit on the nose. The body actually was promising in so far as it had minerals, peach and perhaps nectarine. Alas, the wine was flat. Great shame as it had some potential to be quite interesting.

Not great but decent. Creamy and round with a slight nutty and buttery note. The alcohol gets a little in the way.

Linéaire. Bien, mais linéaire. Le temps lui donnera peut-être raison... Revoir en 2023.

TNs: Recent Rando Wines; 8/19/2020-10/2/2020 : Very nice at this level. Smells like White Burgundy. Shows some mineral notes and floral white fruit. Not especially complex in the middle, but it speaks of its place. It is white Burgundy. Finishes with some butter notes and some tightness.

Tim's 50th Dinner #2 : Blind but not showing right. Felt a bit advanced and had a twangy oxidative note.

Ripe nose of pear, rose petals, wet stone. Medium acidity. Feeling of ripeness of grapes. Wood is undetachable. Very good entry level wine.
