rich and complex Bolgheri riserva made of cabsauv, syrah and teroldego grapes. Ripe plums at the nose, some marasca too, at the palate again ripe red fruit and some tertiary notes like dark chocolate, underbrush and some spices, smoke, with some rustic bitterness in the end, fading with oxigenation. Very well made, with power somehow overwhelming elegance. At the end of its best drinking window.
