Strong aromas of gooseberry and herbaceous notes. Typical Marlborough sav; fruit-driven with adequate acidity and depth of flavour. Obviously more of a summer tipple. Still fresh at this stage, but unlikely to cellar well past 2012. A decent purchase @ NZ$7.50 per bottle.
