Kraus Riesling Rynsky

Orange, dried citrus fruit, yellow fruit and a whiff of something acetic on the nose. The light to medium-bodied palate brings in more citrus fruit and orange, a decent dose of acidity as well as some astringency. Medium finish with acids and some slight tannic bitterness. While this has seen some skin contact, it does not dominate, but rather adds a subtle layer of complexity and some extra ingredients to the mouthfeel, making this also work with some heavier foods. …
