Great, great wie. Creamy, spicy with butter, honey, herbs galore. Drinking a point, but no hurry, this has years to go - wish I had this in my cellar Bagnols-en Fôret

Exceptional. Spicy, creamy, layered and complex with good freshness. It has hints of exotic fruit but it is very well contained. Opens up more and more with air. With Christian and Lene at La Contadine.

Golden straw color - almost corn-silk - much lighter than the Miso soup we had with it. Nose shows floral tones with some butter and a hint of citrus. The taste is tart yet smooth in the finish with hints of grapefruit and pear. Overall this was delicious, perfect for sushi great value.
