Really nice. Structured, dry, balanced acidity, long finish. Lemon, sourdough, hay/grass. Caramel notes (bottle probably better last year). Drink now!

Pale lemon colour. Medium intensity aroma of grapefruit, citrus. Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol. Medium- body. Medium intensity flavour of apple, grapefruit. Short finish. Very citrus, highly acidic, and the alcohol comes through.
