Dgt 07/2021 Nose of juicy citrus fruits and salt. In the mouth, the effervescence is too coarse at the beginning and confuses the rest. Ventilation for 2 hours will correct this defect. However, I have drunk much younger champagnes with better calibrated effervescence. Once past this defect, the juice appears pure but still very primary. Nice brioche and orchard fruit notes, but suffers for me due to the oxidative notes on the nose.

Quite nice for the price. Pretty toasty, but not overly so, but pretty fresh and elegant, without having any bitter notes.
