Dsg 07/2021. This bottle is from the same batch as the one I drank just a year ago. At the time, I criticized this wine for its muddy effervescence. Today, the juice is more serene and accomplished. The nose reveals brioche, citrus, and wet stone. The palate is typical of a Blanc de Blancs from Mesnil-sur-Oger; it's elegant, with beautiful acidity that stretches the wine into a duo of brioche and citrus with a very mineral base. This wine has …

Dgt 07/2021 Nose of juicy citrus fruits and salt. In the mouth, the effervescence is too coarse at the beginning and confuses the rest. Ventilation for 2 hours will correct this defect. Nice brioche and orchard fruit notes, but suffers for me due to the oxidative notes on the nose.

Pausing for the Cause Fundraiser and Dinner (Galit - Chicago IL) : Lots here, just (maybe) not yet? So much orchard fruit but with an austere edge.

Quite nice for the price. Pretty toasty, but not overly so, but pretty fresh and elegant, without having any bitter notes.

Brioche and distinct minerality on the nose. Excellent and classic. Drinking well. Nice benchmark and classic cuvée.

Terre du Mesnil is vintage champagne fermented and aged in old oak barrels selected from the best parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Already on the nose, it is very fleshy with an enticing blend of honey, toast, some nut, caramelized pineapple, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is developed, round, and lush with cream puffs of the finest! But also delicate flavors of orange and tropical fruit, mixed with fennel, vanilla, and toasted bread. An elegant wine with power and …
