Inama Vulcaia Sauvignon del Veneto

A meditiative white Bill says. Two vineyards, one at Foscarino, one Monforte in Soave. Not a very pronouced nose to it. Some flowery but then also mineral notes. Smells like the palate is going to be heavy. Which, for sauvignon, it is. So very textured palate with lots of density but not neccessairly in a fruit direction. Bill notes "like a flavored water.
