Drunk about 8-10h later. Screw cap. Clear, golden yellow color. Nose with lots of yellow fruit, some lactic notes, herbs, very nice. On the plate very dense, deep and balanced. X-Mas Tasting (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany) : Glass: Gabriel Gold Tasted blind. Decanted. Medium golden color. Lean, complex, mineral nose, fresh, youthful. On the palate very mineral and lots of phenols. Quince, ripe citrus but a bit dropsy fruit and the acidity is a bit unbalanced. Good length. Drink now, don’t see upscale potential. 90-91

Goes well with lamb saag.

Took it to our Indian restaurant. Not my favorite.

Delicious with spicy Indian food. Subtle sweetness.

Very high potential, but at the moment totally closed, good balance
