Kräftiges Gelb. Die Nase zeigt deutliche Hefenoten, mürber Apfel, nussige Noten, leider ein Streifschuss Kork. Im Gaumen cremig, rund, ein Mund voll Wein, dabei hochelegant, sehr feine Perlage, gut dosierte Säure, der Wein zeigt Schmelz und Druck und eine ausgezeichnete Länge. Ein wunderbar gereifter Wein aus einer nicht optimalen Flasche. Ohne Kork ein 95+ Erlebnis

CHE93 Good structure, balance and acidity. Bread and butter and yellow fruits.

Paglierino dorato, fine perlage. Naso di crema pasticcera, acacia, miele, anice, mandarino, zenzero, pepe bianco. Bocca gustosa, note tostate e fumé. Manca il grip fresco

Deg. 2008. Very pale yellow. Weak mousse. Lovely nose - autolysis, yeast and bread. Rasberry jam. Cardamon. Very nice! Slight fish-note appears as it warm up - not so nice :( Palate has yeast and citrus fruit. Just the slightest hint of oxidative notes. Concentrated flavours. Long and quite bitter aftertaste. Medium high acidity. I think that this can be cellared longer - however, the bitterness of the aftertaste worries me. Pretty decent for a non-champagne, but a little dissapointing …

Yellow light gold color , Yeast , fine bubbles , creamy , persistent , improve when the temperature grow a little.

Medium golden. Yeast with notes of vanilla, citrus, and flowers. Very nice mouthfeel. Again lots of yeast, and bread dough, with notes of almond paste, and flowers. All balanced with a clean finish and enough acid to keep it a bit lively. Medium long finish..... Really good bottle - buy more.

Intense, elegant nose with toasty bread and fresh citrus notes. Very moderate perlage. Medium body, soft, lots of vanilla brioche on the palate without enough acidity to balance it. Interesting though in a way, rather spicy, very long. Mineral finish, vanilla and citrus in the aftertaste.

very good like always. This bottle 1999 has also on the nose some honey flavor
