Modernities ... All My Fault; 10/20/2023-10/22/2023 (Alicante - España) : Coravined. Sharp wine cold steel like, an atypical Verdejo, sour as a grapefruit and quite shy on the nose. Pretty good on this polished pointy profile. Servida con Coravin. Afilado vino como el frío acero, una atípica Verdejo, ácida como un pomelo y bastante tímida en nariz. Bastante bueno en este pulido perfil puntiagudo.

Satellite of Soif (Chicago, IL) : From verdelho (don't know the natty wine spelling of the grape). Mildly fizzy, super high acid, and tons of dead yeast. Looks a bit like kombucha...
