Golden hue, medium intensity. Mature, fresh, pronounced nose with interwoven aromas, where red apples and toast are in the foreground. In mouth dry, high acidity, medium body. Foamy persistent mousse. Complex flavours, again with red ripe apples and toast as the most notable. Very good length. 36 months on lees. Deg 09/21.

Disgorged 02/24. This performed under his pedigree and didn't get better over some hours. Not bad of course, just not meeting expectations. 5/12+/16+/9+. Maybe we didn't gave it enough time. 2026-2035? 92+

Good and easy drinking

Wow, what a spectacular sparkling wine. Still youthful and fresh, this is opening up with some more air and particularly on day 2 and 3. Deep, layered and very complex, this is showing notes of roasted hazelnuts, stone fruit, some orchard, but also some red berries like forest strawberries, brioche, minerality and some sweet spices, as well as some floral notes..Pretty full-bodied and rich, with high acidity and beautifully integrated mousse. Tried at first at a birthday party. Yeasty, zesty fresh and very good drinkability, decent alternative to champagne. Later a seperate bottle in proper glassware. A bit gooseberry notes, body feels watery, juicy and acidic. Hints of plum and blueberry. With time body becomes a bit nondescript, lemon and chalky at most. Quite decent.

Ripe yellow peach, ripe apricot, ripe raspberry, buttered toast and general yeastiness on the nose. The bread dominates on the palate, and it tastes more fresh maked sourdough there. The palate also adds wet stone. Great intensity of both flavors and aromas, call it high. Medium + body with medium + acid. Is this actually their entry level sparkler? It's NV and everything else is vintage. Regardless, it can hang with their other 36 month lees-aged wines.

Degorsjert september 2020. Intenst av gjær og røde epler. Gjær og usedvanlig kremet i munnen. Middels syre og svak konsentrasjon, men interessant og god pakke.

2020 bottle. Colour and bubbiness nice, fruity nose, rather unbalanced body with pronounced grape flavour which turns bitter in the finish.

Amazing Winzersekt, which reminds a lot of Champagne. A nice creamy, acidity, with nice bubbles which reveals a complex mouth and a medium lasting mouth ! Definetly worth trying the best Winzersekt producer in Germany !
