Domaine Jean Collet & Fils Petit Chablis

A fresh wine of mint, lemon and peach. Good volume and energy. Some tangy mineral notes on the finish. Very refreshing and driven by delicious fruit.

Chardonnay and Chablis (Stone and Chalk) : Ooh, touch of Bretty sweaty horse, citrus shows lemon over slight lime, very slight stone fruit is non delineated. Juicy tends to fleshy over fresh, simple, slight citrus, bitter on the finish <shrugs>
