15 months since my last bottle and some short-term aging has really made an already good wine even better. Warm yellow color. Lemons and melons on the nose. A very fine, active bead. The palate shows tropical fruits, lemons, minerals. Perfectly balanced acidity. Long, gentle finish of lemons and limes. Bright and lively. Outstanding.

Deep yellow color. Energetic bead. Lemon and pears on the nose. Lovely, fresh fruit on the palate, apricots, pears, lemons. Bright acidity, excellent balance. Finishes long and lush. A solid, delightful champagne.
