Once & Future Wine Zinfandel Dickerson Vineyard

Sipping what was leftover of the bottle Joel opened for us Monday, kept in the fridge the last couple of days. This is still just such a terrific zin, showing loads of raspberry, cherry preserves, dark brambly fruit and a hint of spice. Bright and lively with terrific fruit- raspberry coulis, white pepper and blueberrry.

Tasting with a Legend: Joel Peterson (Bedrock’s Gen. Joseph Hooker House, Sonoma) : Gorgeous. Loaded with beautiful forward lush zinfandel fruit, with underlying spice and herbal elements. Raspberry and bright red fruit.
