one of the most holistically enjoyable young whites I’ve tasted in recent memory. A clean sharp acidity, with complex citrus and tree fruit. Combined with that sizzling pop rock texture (not fizz) that so few winemakers manage to squeeze out of their produce. And a completely open, gourmand palate, thanks to the homeopathic sulphuring
