Took 3+ hours to open up. This wine has a lot of structure but still needs some cellaring time. Very old world in nature. Reserved fruit, grippy tannins. Was quite elegant and rich three hours in. Burying our last bottle till 2024.

Not living up to its moniker yet. This one is hibernating. Aggressively decanted the second bottle but still a sleeper. The alcohol is there and some grippy tannins but not a seamless drinking enjoyment as of yet.
