Oyster shells, brine, ripe melon, ripe white peach and lemon peel on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate shows flavors of orange peel, lemon peel, white pepper, ground cumin, rosemary and dried mint. Medium + intensity of flavors, with noticeable phenolic bitterness. I love the herbal/spiced quality on this. Medium body with medium acid. Developing. I'd hold this for 2-3 more years from here for the nose to gain complexity. The palate is ready to go.

Great bottle, nice fruit, with a salty touch. A real clean expression of grape and terroir. This was the second bottle from this producer, and more will come!

The electric Albarino acid test (G-Love, Portland OR) : The nose is fresh and salty with rounded and balanced tones of green apples, sea breeze, white peaches, lemon zest, saline, vanilla beans, acacia flowers, green tea, and some flinty notes. This is lovely and vibrant …

More approachable than I would expect given its youth. The nose shows lots of stone fruits, sea spray, and wet stone. The palate is quite mineral driven with medium plus body and balanced acidity. Very nice today but I’d give it 3-4 years to uncoil and show more.
