Family White Wine Night (Mathes & Andrea) : Einhorn (unicorn) is the heraldic animal of the vineyard Pfeffingen. Crowd pleaser palate with green apples, juicy yellow fruits, light minerals and herbs. Nicely balanced as well (5.4 g/L acidity vs. 4.5 g/L RS). Among us 8 tasters the Scheurebe scored 4:4 against the von Winning Sauvignon Blanc II. For some the Scheurebe was WOTN.
