Residual sugar 0 g/l, acidity 6,0 g/l (lactic acid 2,6 g/l, VA 1,0 g/l, acetic acid 1,0 g/l), pH 3,26, 294 μg acetaldehyde, 19 mg/l sulfites (0 mg/l free), 210 μg/l 4-ethyl-phenol, 290 μg/l 4-ethyl-guiacol. Very slightly cloudy pale green color. Juice and aromatic nose with aromas of banana, some hay, a little bit of pear, a hint of apple peel and a touch of cooked vegetables. The …
