Crisp, melon, honey on nose. Medium body, very pale yellow with some green. Peach, some stone, soft finish but still has the crisp acids. It is a Cretan varietal Vidiano which is tastes like a crisper Pinot Gris. Good aperitif wine. Strataridakis means "white rocks".
