Excellent. Somehow both racy and elegant. Beautifully balanced. Refined citrus and ripe apple core framed with a little brioche. Excellent champagne quality mousse. Long. Top class aperitif. Would also pair well with say scallop ceviche. Maybe too ‘moreish’ for a food wine? Could keep a few more years I think, if you have the self discipline.
