Pale ruby colour. Medium intensity aroma of red cherry, white pepper. High acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol, light body. Medium intensity flavour of cranberry, red cherry, herbs. Short finish. Very juicy, very acidic. Not complex but easy simple drinking.
