Tasted semi blind by the glass at Le Gavroche , London. Very much an elegant sake, an obvious Junmai Daiginjo, soft, well round , smooth but in no way simple and this like we called it a year ago is a ballerina of a sake. Impressive once again. Tech Specs below in previous TN.
