Vibrant green/yellow coloring. Medium body; searing acidity! Funky aromas. Winemaker holds these a while before release. Mix of vineyards. 15-20 yr vines. Pre-Phylloxera cuttings. Mineral focussed. "Friendship" in Galician. Lees aged. All stainless.

needs to be drunk nearer to room temp. maybe 60. a little bigger in the body. lemon and flower on the nose with an occasional hint of white bread. nice full body with lemon, quince, cream, and just a bit of zest. solid 20 seconds of finish.

Very much smells of almonds on the nose, melon fruit on the palate, with a brisk minerality on the palate. Made by the dude at Do Ferrerio. And its delicious.
