Surprisingly rich for a Cru Bourgeois. Nose of pencil lead and violets. Dark fruit of cherries and currants with notes of oak. Velvety texture and great length.

Straits Wines - Wine Fiesta 2016; 10/22/2016-10/23/2016 (Clifford Square, Fulleron Bay Hotel) : even though it's young, there is a rather rich fruity bouquet of plums and berries; slightly savoury and did not disappoint
