Korbel Moscato Frizzante

Very tasty and sweet but not as fragrant as I was expecting, would definitely buy a younger version, this was purchased in 2008 at the winery in CA.

Too sweet

On the nose of the Roederer I found pear, green apple, lemon, yeast, sourdough, and lemon cream. In the mouth I found the wine to be tingly and crisp with nice fine bubbles. The flavors showed as very lemony, a different kind of apple than the nose, pears, meyer lemon, and a sweet tropical note on the back palate. The wine went amazingly well with the sweet crab and butter, it really refreshed the palate and complemented the food.

For before dinner or dessertwe like this bottle. Great muscat flavor, but too sweet for most food.

A typically sweet yet refreshing drink. Nice nose and muscat fruity taste. Should go great with the tamales on Christmas morning.

Terri took this over to a met the teacher night. All the moms loved it.

We started this bottle with a simple dinner of meat loaf and veggies. The fruity taste and sweet finish held up during the meal. For desert the fresh peaches went really well with this bubbly. There was a taste of pears in the wine that complemented the super sweet peaches.

We liked this bottle for a nice summer evening. Complex fruity, not to sweet.
