Serge Pierlot Champagne Grand Cru Brut Prestige

(Disgorged in September 2022, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from Ambonnay, dosage 5 gr/l) Light yellow colour with a still youthful nose showing red apples, minerals and lime citrus notes and opens up with hazelnuts and hints of butterscotch in a pleasant way. Still very acidic on the palate showing red apples and with a bitterness of yellow plum peel taking over on the mid and finish also showing some spicy notes. (Best 2023-2033)
