White gold in color with extremely active big bubbles. Yeasty on the nose with a sour dough, citrus and pear aroma in the background. Light in body with good acidity and a slight bite on the palate. Big green apple flavors evolve to a pear rind and almond finish. Simple and straightforward wine. 3/5
