Spicy and peppery. Some black fruit. Good Tannin, good acidity. Well made sir.

Very juicy and fruit forward at first, plus some vanilla and light secondary notes of tar and an almost Pinot-style barnyard funk, but those notes are quite faint. Takes about 30 minutes to settle down and smooth out and lose the juicy punch flavors. Strong acidity, medium tannins, slightly sweet mouthfeel, very easy to drink. Would be great with mesquite-grilled red meat.
