Domaine Patrick Hudelot Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers

I say identical rating across the board as last time - a year ago. Reading my last tasting notes as I'm drinking this wine now - zero change.

Very muted nose on open. Beautiful vibrant clear red. First sip non descriptive sterile. Been in glass for an hour and nose is opening up just a little. A very fine Burgundy feminine nose, delicate. Strawberry, raspberry, red fruits berries and what I only know as a Burgundy Pinot nose. Drinking very smooth silky, mid plate rush of little oak and tannin. Medium long finish of said berries tiny oak hang time, hint of anise. A simple but nicely done …
