Gimonda Chianti Buscheto

PnP that was rather unruly, and not entirely enjoyable - at first. On the first night, I poured a small glass of this organically farmed Chianti and found it too precocious, so I put the cork back in, and revisited on day three; it shined brighter than I could have imagined.
