Coterie Cellars Syrah Las Madres

Good effort, by far the best of the coterie lineup I’ve had so far. Gravely nose…, blueberry, lemon, lemongrass, orange. Flavor is pretty deep. Well balanced. A little jammy and a little ashy. Gets better with air.

Night 1 this is just excellent, even with its youth. Plums, cherries, flowers, black pepper, and nice depth and balance to it. Nice on the second day as well but the floral component was diminished.
