Pale, clear yellow-gold appearance. Light nose of pear and apple, agave, and some ripe tropical fruits. Dry, strong acidity, medium body. Crisp pear, along with lemon; spice and a bit of a floral quality. There is a slightly oily mouthfeel but I can't say that this comes through as influencing any of the flavours. Great length and a nice crisp finish. Very nice.
