Pleasing, nice, friendly sparkler with large bubbles in the glass and vivid in the mouth. It's on the sweet side for a brut and has apricot and chalky vanilla flavours. Acidity is as good as absent. I think this might please many with its softly perfumed quality, but honestly, for over 30 euros one may expect more.

Lower alcohol with a touch of sweetness (~ 12g/l rs), this is more fun than cerebral, but I think that's the point of wines from Cartizze. Well suited to an aperitivo, or a toast. Good, fun, and clean, this will make lots of friends in casual settings. The bottle size is fun, too, for me, anyway. recommended https://www.ItalianWine.blog

Brut indeed, with minerality and the barest hint of fruit on the palate. An austere wine, not to our tastes, but perhaps accurate to its type.
