A delightfully crisp and light wine. Paired with a cajun shrimp boil, it was the perfect compliment. Notes of green apple, asian pear, and hints of tropical fruits, were perfectly balanced with just enough acidity to keep it very refreshing without being overwhelming. This was a true winning wine! Cheers!
