Bob Cabral Wines Pinot Noir Troubadour

Just like my last bottle, this wine needs about 30 mins and then the acid and flavors become perfectly integrated. A very nice Pinot Noir.

When I first opened and checked for corkage, the wine was a little too acidic. After letting it sit for 30 mins the acid burn was gone and the wine was perfectly balanced. With tastes of cherry and raspberry along with a nice crimson color, this is a very enjoyable pinot. I look forward to see what time will do.
