Casual Burg Dinner with Three Tarts and Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL) : Popped and poured as a backup bottle. Fully mature red cherry aromas and flavors with very good balance. Moderate depth and concentration for Grand Cru, but very easy to enjoy tonight.
